A decision keeps waiting.
The team has the information, but no clear owner for the next move.
HUMAVECT 90™ · HUMAN PERFORMANCE ARCHITECTURE™
HUMAVECT 90™ helps leaders and teams work through one real challenge: understand the obstacles, try a focused action and review progress over 90 days.
Company access is by invitation. We review your request before confirming trial setup and availability.

RECOGNIZE THE SITUATION?
The team has the information, but no clear owner for the next move.
Handoffs leave people without the context or capacity to proceed.
A difficult conversation is delayed until the work is affected.
ONE WORK CHALLENGE. A CONNECTED EXPERIENCE.
Follow one deadline-negotiation example through the experience.

Sales promises Friday. Engineering needs Tuesday. I accept the deadline, and the team works overtime.
Start with a real work situation, in your own words.

The assessment helps explore what may be holding the work back. Is the team overloaded, or are commitments being agreed without the right conversation?
A working explanation to examine. It is not a verdict about you.

Target: agree realistic delivery commitments. First experiment: present two delivery options at the next planning review.
Day 0 starts when you accept your first valid experiment. Later guided reviews depend on programme availability and eligibility.

You think responsibilities are clear. Colleagues’ feedback suggests people still leave meetings with different priorities.
Optional. Results require at least 3 responses and closed collection; individual answers are not identified.

“How can I challenge an unrealistic deadline without damaging the relationship with Sales?”
Request in the app when eligible. One session per journey; company trials exclude coaching.

THE ARCHITECT BEHIND THE ARCHITECTURE
Nabil Bouassaba is the Founder of HUMAVECT and a Human Performance Architect working at the intersection of organizational behavior, emotional intelligence, leadership and technology-enabled performance.
His work across the USA, EMEA and Asia Pacific has revealed a recurring pattern: performance problems rarely belong only to the person or only to the process. HUMAVECT was created to examine both.
HUMAVECT 90™ translates that experience into a governed system of structured assessment, decision rules, focused interventions and evidence review.

COMMON QUESTIONS
It is HUMAVECT’s method for improving two connected parts of execution: the decisions and behaviors shaping human performance, and the work system of ownership, priorities, handoffs, information, and review.
The engagement begins with a live business challenge and applies development inside the work already underway. Progress is assessed through operational movement rather than attendance or learning satisfaction alone.
Typical challenges include delayed decisions, unclear ownership, recurring delivery friction, late escalation, competing priorities, cross-functional handoff problems, and AI-supported work that needs stronger judgment and review.
Measures are agreed at the start and can include decision time, overdue commitments, approval delays, handoff quality, repeated work, issue visibility, capacity pressure, or another operational indicator linked to the selected challenge.
START WITH THE BUSINESS PROBLEM
Share the current project, process, or recurring delivery problem. We will clarify the scope, the people involved, and how progress could be demonstrated.
